FAQ'S

**Hello, here are the answers to all of the questions I am asked on a daily basis. If you do not see your question answered here, please text/call the number provided, do NOT email any questions! THANK YOU**

Do you have a cancelation policy?

Yes. I require a notice of at least 24-48 hours ahead of time to cancel. However, if your notice is under 24 hours , it is considered a last-minute cancelIation. I do allow 1 free/full cancelation. The 2nd time requires a 50% deposit for your session.

How do I book an appointment?

As stated, both in all of my online ads & at the top of each page on this website, THE ONLY WAY to book an appointment is to please call/text 610-848-0681 during business hours. I DO NOT take appointments any other way. **Again, do NOT send me an email to book an appointment! THE ONLY WAY is via text/call the number provided.

** Due to a high rate of spam calls, I do not answer private incoming calls. Thank you. ** 

** My phone is turned off after business hours. I will return your call/text the following business day.* 

How far in advance should I book a session/do you offer same day appointments? 

Yes, however, I CANNOT always guarantee same day,so planning at least 24 hours ahead is highly recommended to guarantee your session. If you would like a first morning appointment please text/call the previous day, thank you.

**For a same day afternoon appointment, please call/text in the morning between 8:30-10AM, as I REQUIRE AT A LEAST 3-5 HOURS NOTICE FOR SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS.**

What is your busiest day? 

Fridays., To book for a Friday please book to up 48 HOURS AHEAD to guarantee your Friday appointment.

Are you ever available on Saturday or Sunday?

No. Please do NOT inquire about weekend appointment. (WEEKENDS ARE RESERVED FOR SPA PARTIES/EVENTS)

How do I book an appointment for a Monday morning?

If you would like an appointment for Monday morning, please contact me during the previous Friday hours & **My phone is on Saturday from 8AM UNTIL 12PM to book for Monday appts.

Where are you located/do you have an incall location?

As of 8/1/24 - I am located in Malvern, PA (Chester Co area). I will send you a confirmation text along with my exact address the day BEFORE or ON THE DAY OF your scheduled appointment.

Do you travel?

NO. AS OF 7/5/2023, I NO LONGER TRAVEL. EXCEPT FOR SPA PARTIES/EVENTS WITHIN 30-45 MIN OF CHESTER CO.

 

Can I contact you outside of business hours?

No. Please contact me during business hours only. Thank you.

Can I send you a pic of me or is it ok if I send you a pic?

NO. Please do NOT send me a pic of you. I will see you at your appointment. I do NOT send personal pics to anyone. You may see my face pic on the "ABOUT ME" tab. 

 

Do you massage females & males?

Yes. Please take a look at the "TESTIMONIALS" page & you will see reviews from both my females & male clients. 

**I PREFER TO SEE MATURE CLIENTS (AGE 40+), WHO DO NOT HAVE CATS & NON-SMOKERS, AS I AM ALLERGIC TO SMOKE & CATS. NO EXCEPTIONS.**

 

Do you take earlier or later appointments?

No, I do not take earlier or later appointments outside of my business hours posted.

 

What kind of oil do you use?

I use Organic Almond Oil or Lavender scent. The almond has no scent. Both oils very easily rinse off in your shower with your bodywash/soap.

What is the minimum/maximum weight that your massage table holds?

230-250 lbs Max.

 

Do you have any pets?

No, I do not have any pets. 

Are you licensed/certified?

Yes. I am an actual Licensed Esthetician, Certified Massage Therapist & Certified in Nutrition, Health & Wellness. Along with 10 other Certifications.

 

Do you offer waxing/grooming services?

No. I do not offer any form of waxing or grooming services.

Is there a shower available?

No, I do not allow anyone to use my shower. 

Do you sanitize between each client?

Yes! I spray the massage table with cleaner & also change the sheets/draping in between each  client. 

What if I am running late for my appointment?

Please contact me asap! I only allow a 10 min window until I move on to the next appointment.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

I ONLY accept CASH for payment. 

Do you only see one person at a time?

Yes. I only see one client at a time, to provide a more personal experience.

 

Do you require a deposit?

No I do not. However, I do have a cancelation policy. (Please refer to cancelation policy for details)

*NOTE: My number is a BUSINESS LINE - If it is your first time contacting me via text: DO NOT just say "Hello" or "Hey"! I have no idea who you are or the reason for your text. For example, please text something like: "Hello, my name is... & I am inquiring to book a massage..." etc. So I know how to respond to your initial point of contact. Thank you.
